For more than 20 years, Pinnacle has been dedicated to serving job seekers who face barriers to employment by helping them find, train for, and retain jobs. Through customized employment programs based on individuals’ strengths, talents, circumstances, limitations, and career goals, Pinnacle serves a broad population with help from funding from federal, state, and local agencies and grants. In one year, as many as 50 consumers or more can be matched with meaningful employment through Pinnacle’s work with both potential employees and employers.
