When Is It Time To Ask For Help?
Everyone has experienced some emotional or behavioral instability
in their lives. This is natural when there has been some sort
of crisis, trauma, loss of a job or a loved one, or the break-up
of a relationship. However, when symptoms persist over an extended
period of time and begin to negatively affect virtually all areas
of someone’s life, it may be time to ask for help.
