HUMAN TECHNOLOGIES AWARDED CENTRAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT FOR 8 NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SITES
Human Technologies Corporation (HTC), a Utica based employer of people with disabilities, in partnership with the AbilityOne Program, has been awarded a U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) contract valued at $4.0 million to provide Central Facilities Management (CFM) Services for 8 Naval Facilities in Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia. Earlier this year HTC was awarded a $2.8 million contract to perform CFM in Glenville,
HTC will be responsible for providing custodial, HVAC, ground maintenance, snow removal, rubbish removal and recycling services to each site.
This is the largest start up of facilities services for HTC and the contract award dramatically expands HTC’s geographic reach. Through its Property Management Group, HTC offers a full range of facility management services to federal, state and commercial customers including facilities and building maintenance, general custodial, grounds maintenance, snow removal and other specialized services and employs more than XX people in the Property Management Group division.
