When Property Management Group began a new endeavor — Central Facilities Management — to offer not just janitorial but a wide array of building services, it needed to partner with a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor to deliver a complete package. “HVAC was new for us,” said Paul Huening, vice president of sales, marketing and government affairs for HTC. “But we did a lot of searching, and we found that Trane could exceed our requirements.”

Not only could Trane supply maintenance support for Central Facilities Management, it would train CFM employees to do HVAC preventative maintenance. “It’s a win-win relationship,” Heuning said.
