As an employment trainer, Charles primarily performs job coaching but says that “everyone really does everything,” no matter what their job title. The Pinnacle team works in tandem with one another as well as with outside agencies to address all issues that may present a barrier to employment for their consumers. Charles finds nothing more satisfying than working with someone in a new job, watching them grow and develop, and then celebrating the little milestones that enrich their life.

2008 Annual Report Update

Charles shares a story of success from this year: A young man was hired reluctantly at a local restaurant as a dishwasher and quickly got promoted to food service, where he is learning new skills each day.

"That's someone who, under normal circumstances, might have failed, but now he is a success story... and to know that I helped is amazing."
