Eligibility Criteria

Due to a variety of funding sources, Pinnacle is able to serve a broader population than many employment programs. While many customers are referred to Pinnacle through New York State Vocational Educational Service for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID), due to a significant physical or mental disability, Pinnacle has the capacity to accept referrals from others in the community, such as:

•	School districts for School-to-Work Programs
•	The county Department of Social Services for Welfare to Work Programs
•	Clients of Mental Health Connections and Gambling Information & Counseling for Pinnacle’s unique Fast Track Program.
•	Self referrals to the Employment Network for the Ticket to Work Program.
