When individuals choose Pinnacle as their Employment Specialist, they will get the benefit of an experienced and knowledgeable staff, working with and for them.

Pinnacle’s staff understands that every job is not for everyone and will take the time to find out what individuals view as their unique strengths, talents, circumstances, limitations and career goals.

With an individual’s help and active participation, an assigned Employment Specialist will work with him or her to develop a plan for securing a good job match.

Specialists will also provide any pre-or post-employment services individuals may need.
