What type of supports do you offer?
Pinnacle can offer a variety of supports to the employer and the employee based on the needs of the individual business, for example – assistance with day care and transportation, and on-site job coaching.

What’s in it for me?
There are financial incentives available to businesses in the form of tax credits, on-the-job training and wage subsidies, depending on the program each customer is referred through. There are also supports in place to encourage retention and skill building.

Does someone have to visit the job site?
Pinnacle staff works closely with each employer to ensure their needs and policies are met.

Is there any cost for me?
No. Pinnacle is funded through federal, state and local agencies.

What screening or job matching is done?
Pinnacle’s staff assesses each individual to identify their strengths, limitations, skills, abilities and job preferences and matches this information with open positions at individual businesses. References, education and work history are also checked.
