The Pinnacle
Difference : One of the hardest tasks employers face is finding
the right person for the job they need done. Pinnacle’s
staff of trained employment specialists will work not only with
job seekers to assess their strengths, abilities, skills and vocational
goals, but will also work with the employer. Prior to referring
applicants to an employer, Employment Specialist will get to know
each business and their needs.

job analysis of each position opening gives Pinnacle the information
needed to provide every business with an employee that is right
for them.

why Pinnacle will provide on-site job coaching to the individuals
placed in each business, as needed for as long as necessary.

survey conducted by Central Coast College, the number one thing
employers want most from their employees is "stability, reliability,
and responsibility." At Pinnacle, we are here to help employers
by providing job retention services. For some individuals, that
may mean ongoing follow up for the life of the job, while for
others, ninety days will be sufficient. Pinnacle provides individualized
services that focus on teaching employees how to overcome or diminish
barriers to work.
