A division of HTC's Behavioral Health Services, Mental Health Connections operates two outpatient mental health clinics in Utica and Rome, with a satellite office in Waterville.

Mental Health Connections clinics are licensed by the state and are re-certified regularly to provide the critical support needed to understand and manage mental illness, including those symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, anger, and more.
